Scope: every aired US edition through July 12, 2026: the MTV flagship through Vets & New Threats (Season 41), The Challenge: USA Seasons 1-2, World Championship, and All Stars Seasons 1-5. This corrects an earlier list that covered only the CBS/Paramount+ spinoffs, omitted five players entirely, and omitted the flagship histories of Michele Fitzgerald and Michaela Bradshaw. The 19 listed US Survivor alumni now include flagship veterans Justin ‘Jay’ Starrett, Natalie Anderson, Tommy Sheehan, Michele Fitzgerald and Michaela Bradshaw, plus 2025 rookies Dee Valladares and Sydney Segal. No US Survivor alumni appeared on All Stars 1-5. International Survivor players are excluded. Season 42 had not been officially announced or aired by the scope date, so rumored casting is excluded. Sources prioritize official Paramount/MTV cast releases and published finale reporting; 'year' is each person's first Challenge appearance.
