Biography

Laura Morett was a strong, determined competitor across two seasons of Survivor. On Survivor: Samoa (Season 19), she was a leader of the dominant Galu tribe, competing alongside the season's other big personalities before her elimination. She returned years later for Survivor: Blood vs. Water (Season 27), where she played opposite her daughter Ciera in a season built around loved-one pairs.

Athletic and resilient, Laura became known for her gritty challenge performances, including a memorable Redemption Island run that repeatedly kept her alive when the game seemed ready to send her home.

Laura Morett is remembered as a tough, tenacious player of the early-2010s era, one half of a notable mother-daughter duo whose intertwined story, including Ciera's famous choice to vote her out, added real emotional weight to Blood vs. Water.
